looks like I am having a hard time readjusting to city life after living a simple life in the Serengeti.
Hippos were quiet in the Seronera river.
We encountered some elephants on our way to the camp.
then it was this magnificent landscape all around.
As this safari was a walking safari, guides had to be armed and we had to be accompanied by a armed Tanapa (Tanzania Park Service) ranger. We did not make any close encounter with any wild animal but could observe them from afar.
The trainee guides were studying traces.
then looking at the landscape.
a perfect weaver nest floating in the wind.
a break on a kopje

Later that day, up on a kopje by the camp to watch the sun go down.
The guys at sunset.
the night down the camp looking at the Kopje where we watched the sunset.
I want more of this.
